NBI nabs 3 suspects in Sorsogon killings

Agents of the National Bureau of Investigation arrested last Wednesday three suspects in the murder of three people in Sorsogon last May 2.
Reports sent by the NBI’s Legazpi field office to the bureau’s headquarters identified those arrested as brothers Rolando and Merwin Las Piñas and their brother-in-law Jimmy Delizo.
Armed with arrest warrants, NBI agents headed by head agent Jose Doloiras arrested the suspects at their residence in Barangay Bitano, Sorsogon.
The other suspects in the case identified as Renato Las Piñas and his brothers Armando, Gilberto, Freddie and Salvador are reportedly now in hiding in Manila and are the subjects of a manhunt.  Mike Frialde
