MANILA, Philippines — The 2025 Super Bowl is all set for February 9 (the 10th in the Philippines) as the Kansas City Chiefs face off against the Philadelphia Eagles.

It will be a rematch of the Super Bowl two years ago when the Chiefs won its second-ever championship and the first of what the team hopes will be a historic three-peat.

The Eagles, meanwhile, will be hoping to add to its only Super Bowl win from 2017 when it beat Bill Belichick's dominant New England Patriots with star players Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski.

Last year's Super Bowl, when the Chiefs defeated San Francisco 49ers, was overshadowed by the presence of Taylor Swift who is in a relationship with Travis Kelce though many still enjoyed the Halftime Show performance of Usher.

This year's Halftime Show performer will be award-winning rapper Kendrick Lamar, whose 2024 was defined by his album "GNX" and his feud with fellow artist Drake which culminated in the diss track "Not Like Us."

Kendrick was part of the well-received Halftime Show in 2021 alongside Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Eminem, and Mary J. Blige, with special appearances by 50 Cent and Anderson .Paak.

For the upcoming Halftime Show, Kendrick won't be alone once more as he enlisted the help of frequent collaborator SZA to perform with him.

SZA contributed to "Luther" and "Gloria" on Kendrick's "GNX," though many will be expecting a performance of their Oscar-nominated song "All the Stars" from "Black Panther" and their latest collaboration "30 for 30."

At his first Halftime Show, Kendrick performed "M.A.A.D City" and "Alright" as well as "Forget About Dre" with Eminem and "Still D.R.E." with all the other artists, leaving fans hoping this year, he will perform hits like "Humble," "DNA," "King Kunta," "Swimming Pools," and of course, "Not Like Us."

After the Super Bowl, Kendrick and SZA will co-headline a series of stadium shows in the United States from April to June.
