Nicki Minaj is back with cinematic music video for 'Do We Have a Problem?'
MANILA, Philippines — Rap queen Nicki Minaj is back with a high-flying, cinematic music video for her new track "Do We Have a Problem?."
With a feel of a high-budget feature film, "Do We Have a Problem?" stars Minaj as a law enforcer and bad cop. Directed by long-time collaborator Benny Boom, the music video has what it takes to keep you glued on screen, from the rap star's high fashion outfits to her acting chaps.
Nicki looks like royalty during the interrogation scene with mob boss “The Black Death,” played by "American Sniper" actor Cory Hardrict. Of course her ride-and-die in the video is played by featured rapper Lil Baby.
Another remarkable thing is Nicki's singing vocals in the chorus as she sings the line "Do We Have a Problem?."
Minaj hasn’t released a full-length studio set since 2018’s "Queen." The new track, which was teased earlier in the week, is the rap star’s first single since her pair of 2020 releases: No. 1 hit “Trollz” with 6ix9ine and “What That Speed Bout?!” featuring Mike Will Made-It and YoungBoy Never Broke Again.
