BMW Motorrad rides on!

MANILA, Philippines — Multitudes of motorcycle riders intermittently soared past us as we carefully drove through NLEX northbound morning traffic last December 9, in our X5. It was an early Sunday and we were on our way to BMW Motorrad’s Breakfast Ride Event at the LausGroup Event Center in San Fernando, Pampanga; and clearly, the riders knew a better way of getting to our destination — especially on a busy and congested December weekend.

We had all gotten out of bed early because the BMW Motorrad Breakfast Ride was a rather special event this season. BMW Motorrad opened its doors to interested riders from all over who might want to take a peek into the fun that BMW riders celebrate.

It gathered over 500 motorcycle riders from different car clubs together in San Fernando — and welcomed the participants with an impressive display of BMW vehicles, BMW riding apparel, BMW accessories and even BMW toys!

But perhaps the most important part of the event was the unveiling of five new models of BMW motorcycles, namely: the new BMW F 750 GS and F 850 GS; the BMW Motorrad R nineT Spezial; the new BMW C 400 X; and the show-stealing BMW R 1250 GS!
