A fun bridal shower
Cesca with parents Joanna and Bombie Rivilla

In anticipation of Isabella Francesca (Cesca to friends) Rivilla’s wedding to Benjamin Jose Bondoc, an intimate bridal shower was hosted by the bride’s grandmother Charito Climaco and her caring titas Ana Climaco and Gera Alegrado.

Held at the delightfully sprawling home of Charito, the late afternoon gathering was filled with family, friends and well-wishers who showered the bride-to-be with gifts  to help her establish a home with her future spouse.

Among the attendees were loving titas Nancy Velez, Gera Alegrado, Sony Velez, Elo Fernan, Teresin Mendezona,  the bride’s sisters Trina and Erika, Marvi Sala and cousins Joy Climaco, Cathee Bernedo and Monica Climaco.

Radiantly blooming, Chesca with the help of her ever supportive mom Joanna, excitedly opened the many regalos she received. As the party called for a kitchen and bath shower, invitees obliged and gifted Chesca with a wide range of items  that included all sorts of practical appliances that can be employed in the task of food preparation, handy utensils and practical supplies.

The celebratory occasion and fun fellowship had a few advice-related games, lots of laughter and delicious food. The guests then  partook of the moist and savory  fondant cake lovingly created by talented baker Cheryl Go.

Bridal shower favors: Clay pots with miniature succulents and cactus

The memorable  occasion ended on a happy note with everyone  bringing home mini white clay pots with succulents and cactus plants meticulously prepared by efficient hostess and madrina Ana Climaco.
