“The signing of the Memorandum of Agreement is very timely as we in the PNP continue to ensure  the effective implementation of PNP Patrol Plan 2030 with our major objective of improving crime prevention and solution and ensuring  the safety of the general public especially our commuters at all times”, ani dela Rosa.

“The police visibility and the provision of women’s desk at Santolan, Cubao and Recto are effective to prevent sexual advances inside the stations especially that most of our patronage riders are students”, giit pa ng opisyal.
