MANILA, Philippines - A member of the Manila Traffic Parking Bureau died when a Philippine National Railways train hit him while he was urinating near the rail tracks in Tondo Tuesday night.

Francisco’s colleagues, Catalla Jay Braceros, 39, and Richard Ramos, 29, said they were manning traffic at the corner of Jose Abad Santos Avenue and Antipolo street at past 8 p.m. when the accident occurred.

They said they had just stopped motorists to give way to the approaching train when Garcia told them that he would urinate. Unfortunately, he was hit by the train.
