Non Alquitran - The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - A Red Cross instructor lost his two mobile phones and cash to three robbers on a motorcycle in Mandaluyong City Saturday.

Denver Llaneras, 28, told police he was walking home along Boni Avenue in Barangay Hulo when the suspects appeared from behind at around 2 a.m.

Two of the suspects alighted from the motorcycle and at gunpoint ordered Llaneras to hand over his bag containing two mobile phones worth P15,000, P4,500 cash and other valuables.

The suspects escaped after the robbery.

The incident occurred despite the implementation of a city ordinance banning two unrelated men from riding the same motorcycle.
