MANILA, Philippines - An Australian man, accused of abusing a 12-year-old girl in his native country, was intercepted by immigration officers when he arrived at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 Tuesday.
The International Police (Interpol) issued an alert for airport officials to hold Roy Woodward, 39, upon his arrival.
