4 nabbed in QC drug stings

MANILA, Philippines - Four persons were arrested in separate drug busts in Quezon City last week, an official said yesterday.

Edgardo Martinez, 48, said to be the most wanted drug suspect in Kamuning, yielded a sachet of shabu and marked money when anti-narcotics agents arrested him in Barangay Pinyahan last Friday, city polie chief Senior Superintendent Joel Pagdilao said.

Eliseo de Guzman, 42,was arrested on the same day in front of his house in Barangay San Roque in Cubao. Police officers seized five sachets of shabu and P500 marked money from him.

In another sting, Michael Caber, 35, and Michael Robin Gonzales, 28, were collared along Women’s Club street by police officers from the Galas police station. The lawmen confiscated a sachet of shabu and P200 marked money from the suspects.
