8 hurt in Taguig fire

MANILA, Philippines - At least eight construction workers were injured in a fire that hit a 31-story building still under construction at the Bonifacio Global City in Taguig yesterday.
The fire broke out at the third basement of the One World Place at around 9:30 a.m. and was put under control three hours later, according to the Bureau of Fire Protection.
The workers were taken to a nearby hospital for smoke inhalation.
Arson investigators are still trying to determine what caused the fire at the building.
