QC roads to undergo weekend repair – MMDA

MANILA, Philippines - Motorists should avoid road that will be repaired by the Department of Public Works and Highways starting from 10 p.m. last night until 5 a.m. on Tuesday, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) said yesterday.

Among the roads that will be under repair are: Araneta Avenue from Maria Clara street to Quezon Avenue (third lane, southbound); Fairview Avenue from Fairlane street to Camaro street (first lane, southbound); Mindanao Avenue from Cattleya street to Alley 15 (second lane, southbound); and E. Rodriguez Jr. Avenue/C5 Road between Mercury Avenue and Eastwood Avenue (third lane from sidewalk, southbound). 

Other roads that will also undergo repair are Quirino Highway from Teacher’s BLISS to Camachile street (first lane, southbound), CP Garcia Avenue from University Avenue to Maginhawa street (third lane, northbound); Batasan Road from San Mateo Road to Filinvest 2 (second lane, eastbound), and Congressional Avenue Extension/Our Lady’s Court Subdivision to Luzon Avenue (second lane, eastbound).
