BOC seizes $.6-M money order

MANILA, Philippines - The Bureau of Customs has seized a parcel sent from West Africa, which contained United States postal money orders amounting to $631,470 or about P28 million.
The parcel, which was misdeclared as letters and cards, was seized at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport.
The parcel, consigned to John Secada Matters, arrived in the country last Nov. 3 via courier.
