MANILA, Philippines - Two men smuggled guns into a Quezon City school and robbed the school’s cashier of around P500,000 yesterday.
Superintendent Segundo Lagundi Jr., commander of the Quezon City Police District Station 6, questioned how the two men got past the school guards of Mary the Queen College.
He said the robbers reportedly went straight to the cashier’s office upon entering the campus at around 11:30 a.m.
After taking the money at gunpoint from Madelyn Flor, the robbers walked out of the campus, boarded a motorcycle and sped away, Lagundi said.
No one was hurt during the robbery.
