International school in Las Piñas gets bomb threat

MANILA, Philippines - A bomb threat prompted officials of Southville International School in Barangay CAA, Las Piñas City to suspend classes yesterday.

Five text messages sent to several school personnel warned of a bomb in the school, city police chief Senior Superintendent Adolfo Samala said. The students were sent home.

Police bomb experts searched the campus but found no bomb.
