Woman wanted for neighbor’s killing

MANILA, Philippines - The Manila Police District (MPD) is searching for a woman who allegedly killed her neighbor in Port Area, Manila yesterday.

The woman, identified only as “Nani Tomboy,” reportedly shot Michael Dikey, 42, in the face, homicide investigator Senior Police Officer 1 Charles John Duran said.

“Before he died, Dikey told his sister that Nani Tomboy shot him,” Duran said.

Dikey’s sister Jerlyn, 29, told police she was in their shanty when she heard a gunshot at around 1 a.m. When she looked out the window, she saw her older brother lying on the ground, bleeding.

She hugged her brother as he identified his alleged assailant. He died before he could say why he was attacked, Duran said.
