CIDG launches community perception survey

Bebot Sison Jr., Cecille Suerte Felipe - The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - The Criminal Investigation and Detection Group has launched its electronic community engagement survey to get feedback on how the public perceives CIDG personnel, an official said Sunday.

CIDG chief Director Benjamin Magalong said the survey is part of the effort to institute genuine reforms among CIDG personnel pursuant to Patrol Plan 2030, which aims to make the Philippine National Police more capable and efficient.

“Citizens can access the survey through www.cidg.pnp.gov.ph/ces/ which is embedded in its Web page (www.cidg.pnp.gov.ph),” he added.

Magalong said the electronic survey was part of an effort to produce an alternative way of checking the actual competence of CIDG personnel to improve the unit’s delivery of investigative and detective services to the people.
