INC: Evangelical mission a success

MANILA, Philippines - Thousands of Iglesia ni Cristo members gathered at the Amoranto Sports Complex Friday for an evangelical mission to mark the 128th birth anniversary of INC founder Felix Manalo.

“The overall event was a success,” according to a statement by the INC.

The INC said the mission “emphasized the importance of God’s messenger in understanding the true message of salvation,” referring to Manalo.

Quezon City police officers, traffic enforcers and medical teams were deployed at the Amoranto Sports Complex to ensure the safety and security of the Lingap-Pamamahayag’s attendees, who received goodwill bags, the INC said.
