MANILA, Philippines - A motorcycle mechanic was shot dead by still unidentified motorcycle-riding assailants in Quezon City Friday night.
Paolo Gonzales, 22, died on the spot after he was shot in the head and back in front of his house at around 8:40 p.m., said Police Officer 2 Anthony Tejerero.
He said the victim was having some drinks with his friends when two men on a motorcycle appeared. He said the back rider pulled out a handgun and started shooting at the victim.
