MANILA, Philippines - A suspected robber, who reportedly preys on taxi drivers, was arrested when his would-be victim fought back in Caloocan City Saturday night.
Taxi driver Edgardo Bersamira, 42, told police Danilo Rescar, 27, hailed his cab along T.M. Kalaw in Manila at past 10 p.m. and asked to be brought to Caloocan City.
