MANILA, Philippines -  The body of a man believed to be a victim of summary execution was found stuffed in a sack in Tandang Sora, Quezon City early yesterday morning.

Marcelo said a nylon rope was tied around the victim's neck when his body was discovered at around 5 a.m.

Police have yet to identify the man described to be in his late 40s.

The victim bore “Sputnik” tattoos, police said.
