Lotto jackpot to hit P100 M

MANILA, Philippines - The jackpot of the 6/55 Grand Lotto online game is expected to breach the P100-million mark in tomorrow’s draw after no one guessed the six-digit winning combination last Saturday, a Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) official said yesterday.

PCSO general manager Jose Ferdinand Rojas said the winning combination during the last draw was 11-21-07-20-54-26, which has the jackpot of P97.1 million.

However, at least 22 players won P76,610 each for guessing five of the six-digit combination.

This is the second time since January that the jackpot of the 6/55 Grand Lotto reached the P100-million mark.

A 26-year-old owner of a neighborhood store claimed the P155-million jackpot of the Grand Lotto’s Jan. 19 draw.
