Super Lotto prize to hit P81 M

MANILA, Philippines - The jackpot for the 6/49 Super Lotto is expected to reach P81 million for today’s draw after no one guessed the six-digit winning combination in Sunday’s draw, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office ( PCSO) announced yesterday.

PCSO general manager Jose Ferdinand Rojas II said the jackpot for the Feb. 23 draw was P76.7 million. Though no one won the jackpot, at least 28 players won P63,430 each after they guessed five digits of the winning combination, 12-41-32-08-35-16.

Rojas also said ticket sales have increased from an average of P25 million per draw to P35 million for Sunday’s draw.

The 6/49 Super Lotto game is drawn every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.
