Taguig to livestream proms

MANILA, Philippines - The Taguig City government will livestream prom nights in 12 public high schools in the city.

Taguig Mayor Lani Cayetano said livestreaming the junior and senior proms, which is on its third year, aims to provide families and friends of the students – especially those abroad – with an opportunity to watch the events unfold.

Cayetano said the livestreaming of the prom nights was made possible by the local government’s “e-Prom” program.

The livestream of the prom can be viewed at Taguig City’s official Facebook page, “I Love Taguig” (www.facebook.com/taguigcity). One has to “Like” the page in order to view the proms being livestreamed.
