MANILA, Philippines - At least 69 Filipinos, three Americans and an Indian were arrested in Mandaluyong City for health card fraud Tuesday.

Senior Superintendent Gilbert Sosa, head of the Philippine National Police Anti-Cybercrime Group, said the suspects were nabbed in a raid at Pantheon Concepts HLK Co.

The raiders were armed with a search warrant issued by Judge Lyliha Bella-Aquino of the Manila Regional Trial Court Branch 24.

Sosa identified the Americans as Herber Kimble, Sergio Cevile and Wasil Ahmed, and Sham Negi, an Indian.
