MANILA, Philippines - The body of a headless man was found stuffed inside a drum in Bagong Silang, Caloocan City yesterday morning.
Residents of Cherry street in Rainbow Village were surprised to see a water drum left on the road at past 6 a.m., police said. When they opened the drum, they saw the victim had been hogtied and his body bore signs of torture.
