MANILA, Philippines - A 17-year-old boy was stabbed dead in Navotas Sunday night, days after he was released from the custody of the local social welfare office.
Marvin Reyes was walking in front of the San Roque supermarket shortly before midnight when two men attacked him, police said. He was declared dead on arrival at the Tondo Medical Center.
