MANILA, Philippines - A memorandum meant to put order at Camp Crame created a stir after several members of the media were barred from entering the Philippine National Police (PNP) headquarters yesterday.
Ivy Bernardo of Radio 5, her driver Francisco Sto. Domingo and Antonio Amosco Jr., driver of a dzMM reporter, were held at Gate 2 of Camp Crame at around 8:30 a.m.

The duty police officers assigned at the gate showed them a memo dated July 8 and signed by Senior Superintendent Reuben Theodore Sindac, chief of the PNP-PIO.
