Lotto pot to reach P100 M

MANILA, Philippines - The jackpot for the 6/55 Grand Lotto is expected to breach the P100-million mark by Saturday’s draw after no one hit the winning combination last Wednesday, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office said yesterday.

General manager Jose Ferdinand Rojas II said the winning combination, 47-34-31-05-24-20, has a pot of P93 million. At least 12 players won the second prize of P135,000 each when they got five of the six-digit combination.

He advised players to buy their tickets early.
