CSC has new commissioner

MANILA, Philippines - The Civil Service Commission (CSC) welcomed yesterday its new commissioner, former Career Executive Service Board chairperson Nieves Osorio.

Osorio, sworn into office Monday by CSC chairman Francisco Duque III, was appointed ad interim commissioner on March 20 by the Office of the President. She replaced former commissioner Mary Ann Fernandez-Mendoza.
