12 flying voters fall in Mandaluyong

MANILA, Philippines - Twelve alleged “flying voters” were arrested in Barangay Ilaya, Mandaluyong City yesterday.

City police chief Senior Superintendent Florendo Quibuyen said these 12 residents of Barangay Addition Hills were caught reportedly trying to cast their votes at the Ilaya Barangka Elementary School at past 10 a.m.

He identified them as Mario Laquiadao, Jack dela Paz, Dindo Billones, Ernesto Martinez, Edgar Guevarra, Crisanto Farmin, Dennis Famitangko, Danilo Esquillo, Venjielyn Ortiz, Ronear Edward Morador, Nilo Sigasig and Crisanto Diazon.
