MANILA, Philippines - A 19-year-old man was arrested in Caloocan City before dawn yesterday after his landlord’s teenage daughters discovered that he took videos of them taking a bath.
Patrick Agpaoa, 19, will be charged for violating Republic Act 9995, the anti-voyeurism law; and RA 7610, the anti-child abuse law.
According to Police Officer 2 Jolita Dabu of the city’s Tala district, the daughters, aged 15 and 14, went into Agpaoa’s room at around 2 a.m., suspecting he had been taking photos of them.
While Agpaoa was asleep, the girls checked his cell phone and found a picture of the elder sister as the suspect’s wallpaper.
According to the 15-year-old, this was the second time she caught Agpaoa using her picture and she even asked him to delete the previous one.
They found more pictures of them as well as videos of them taking a bath.
The girls immediately called their mother and grandmother to have the suspect arrested.
