Alleged illegal recruiter nabbed

MANILA, Philippines - A woman was arrested for allegedly being an illegal recruiter in an entrapment operation in Valenzuela City on Friday afternoon.

Senior Superintendent Eric Armamento, city police chief, said P2,000 marked money was seized from Mercedita Dajotoy along Maysan Road at around 4 p.m.

Her arrest stemmed from a complaint of her reported victim, Josephine Agting.

Police officers are inviting Dajotoy’s other alleged victims to file charges.
