Reinir Padua - The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - A graphic artist caught a suspected burglar in his house in Barangay Kamuning, Quezon City at past midnight yesterday.

Ric Ronald Sule had just arrived home at past 1 a.m. and noticed the front window’s jalousies were open. He chanced upon suspect Karl Angelo Palo in his house and carrying his valuables, said Superintendent Marcelino Pedrozo Jr., commander of the Quezon City Police District (QCPD) Station 10.

“He was surprised that the suspect was already inside and in possession of the items,” Pedrozo said.

Policemen and village watchmen on patrol, passing near Sule’s house, arrested Palo and recovered P1,200, a digital camera and an iPod from him, QCPD director Senior Superintendent Richard Albano said.
