Teen caught with knife, bullet

MANILA, Philippines - A 19-year-old man was arrested in Barangay 34, Caloocan City Friday afternoon for reportedly carrying a kitchen knife and a .40 caliber bullet.

Junnel Solomon was apprehended after causing a commotion in his neighborhood, Chief Inspector Bernabe Embile said.
