MANILA, Philippines - A dermatologist was found dead from stab wounds in his house in Barangay Kaunlaran, Quezon City yesterday.
A neighbor saw Russel Fritz Saliganan, 32, lying on the floor of his house at past midnight. Senior Police Officer 1 Jogene Hernandez said the neighbor checked in on Saliganan when she noticed all the lights in the house were on.
The neighbor told police she heard noises coming from Saliganan’s house but ignored them when they died down.
Crime scene investigators are examining latent prints on a brandy bottle found in Saliganan’s house.
