Man dead in Quezon City shooting

MANILA, Philippines - A man was shot dead as he was walking along Anonas Extension in Barangay Sikatuna, Quezon City Saturday night.

A witness said a man following Vicente Anthony Andreza, 34, shot him at around 6:30 p.m. then fled toward Anonas street, police said, adding that the attack was “without any justifiable reason.”

Andreza, a native of Isabela and a resident of Pook Libis in Barangay UP Campus, suffered three gunshot wounds in the back of the head and died on the spot, police said.
