Boy reported killed is alive

MANILA, Philippines - The 11-year-old boy who was reported killed by a stray bullet after a police officer allegedly fired his gun in Tondo, Manila Saturday is alive.

John Michael Agao yesterday showed up at the Manila Police District to file a complaint against Police Officer 1 Alan Ruiz of the National Capital Region Police Office. Police initially reported that Agao had been killed.
