MANILA, Philippines - A man was arrested after his landlady allegedly caught him peeping through the bathroom window as she was taking a bath Wednesday night.
Barangay Pasong Tamo, Quezon City watchmen nabbed Jose Rufino, 48, outside the bathroom window after hearing his 36-year-old landlady’s shouts for help, police said.
Police Officer 3 George Madrid said they are preparing to file unjust vexation charges against Rufino.
