MANILA, Philippines - A New Zealander is facing criminal charges after he was arrested for possession of illegal drugs at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3 on Monday.
Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency director general Jose Gutierrez Jr. said Salah Raad Abdulrazzak, 27, was caught carrying three dried marijuana sticks by members of NAIA inter-agency drug interdiction task group.
