MANILA, Philippines - Police officers should be able to respond to crime incidents within two minutes of receiving the reports, National Capital Region Police Office director Chief Superintendent Leonardo Espina said yesterday.
“I want you all to respond to all incident in two minutes. If you can’t, something’s wrong with you. Either you are sleeping or not patrolling,” he said in a briefing with Southern Police District officials.
Espina said police officers must go out and see for themselves the real situation in their areas of responsibility.
