MANILA, Philippines - With only three days before the opening of classes, the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) yesterday said there would be continued road improvement and maintenance works along national roads in Metro Manila.
The DPWH said that beginning 10 p.m. yesterday until 4 a.m. of Monday, June 4, motorists should expect traffic build up along some sections of major roads in the metropolis.
These include the A.H. Lacson street, Sampaloc, Manila from España Blvd. to Piy Margal; and Legarda street., Sampaloc Manila from Estero Alix to J. Figueras street; M.H. del Pilar street, Malabon City between San Vicente Village and E. Rodriguez; and Zapote-Alabang Flyover (westbound), Las Piñas City.
