Caloocan, Malabon employees get bonus

MANILA, Philippines - At least 3,000 employees of the Caloocan City Hall will receive their mid-year bonus next week.

Mayor Enrico Echiverri directed all concerned departments to prepare the necessary papers for the release of the cash incentive.

He said all regular employees will receive windfall in recognition of their service to the public.

Meanwhile, a total of 1,149 workers of the Malabon City government had received their bonus and cash gifts last week.

Acting Malabon Mayor Antolin “Len-Len” Oreta III said the employees received the equivalent of half of their one month’s basic salary and half of the P5,000 cash gift.
