- Pete Laude -

MANILA, Philippines - The Northern Police District launched yesterday a manhunt for three men who reportedly shot dead Philippine international shooting team member Michael Lontoc in Malabon City on Sept. 25, 2011.

Apart from the Malabon City police, the NPD also formed three teams to track down and arrest Marvin Tresvalles, Renante Egioma and Jimmy Pianar, NPD investigation chief Superintendent Ferdinand del Rosario said.

Malabon Regional Trial Court Judge Zaldy Docena issued last week a warrant for the arrest of Tresvalles, Egioma, and Pianar, three alleged contract killers who are reportedly linked to a local politician.
