MANILA, Philippines - Two unidentified gunmen yesterday killed a security guard at the supermarket he was guarding in Manila.
Jefferson Tuliao, who was manning the Might Mart Grocery in Tayuman, Manila, suffered two bullet wounds.
Initial reports stated that the two suspects entered the grocery at around 6 a.m. and posed as shoppers. One of them shot Tuliao.
The two suspects then boarded a motorcycle parked in front of the grocery and sped off toward Tayuman then to Abad Santos street.
A store helper, Rene Santos, said he saw the gunmen shot Tuliao twice, hitting the victim on the left temple. A caliber .45 slug was recovered a few meters from the victim’s body.
