MANILA, Philippines - Caloocan City Mayor Enrico Echiverri urged jobseekers yesterday to take part in job fairs that will be held as part of the celebration of the city’s 50th foundation anniversary.
Echiverri said a job fair will be held today at the Rizal Plaza in front of main city hall complex from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Another job fair will be held on Feb. 22 at Caloocan City Hall North along Zapote Road in Camarin II between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Among the vacancies to be offered are those for accountant; secretary; sales clerk; welder; waiter and waitress; cook; janitor and janitress; engineer; encoder; bagger; machine operator; service crew; kitchen staff; call center agent; graphic artist; promodizer; automotive mechanic; stockman; factory worker; driver and domestic helper.
Liga ng mga Barangay sa Pilipinas president Councilor Ricojudge Echiverri has coordinated with the city’s barangay officials to help spread the word about the job fairs.
