Former detainee nabbed for sneaking shabu into jail

- Non Alquitran -

MANILA, Philippines - Two weeks after his release for drug possession, a 34-year-old jobless man was detained again yesterday for allegedly sneaking a sachet of shabu into the Pasig City Jail.

Eastern Police District Special Operations Group chief Superintendent Elmer Cereno said Michael Camacho arrived at the EPD detention center to visit his former fellow inmate, Roy Felicia, at around 7:30 a.m. yesterday.

Cereno said he ordered Camacho’s arrest after PO1 Rey Cabarles found a sachet of shabu hidden in a pack of cigarettes when he inspected Camacho’s belongings.
