MANILA, Philippines - Two armed men riding in tandem on a motorcycle robbed a hardware store in Caloocan City yesterday and took away an undetermined amount of money in its cash register.
Police said Melissa Cabangon, cashier of the Best Built Hardware along Samson Road, reported the heist shortly after the incident.
Cabangon said two men, one of them armed with a .45 caliber pistol, entered the store shortly before noon yesterday and demanded the day’s earnings at gunpoint.
