Worker nabbed for rape

MANILA, Philippines -  Police arrested yesterday a 31-year-old employee for allegedly raping the 17-year-old niece of his wife and sexually molesting his child in Marikina City.

Christopher Olano, an employee of Fortune Tobacco and resident of Champaca street in Barangay Fortune, however, vehemently denied the charges against him, saying he and his accuser are in a relationship.

But the victim claimed Olano made her a sex slave since last month, adding that she also caught him sexually molesting his nine-year-old daughter.

Olano is presently detained at the detention center of the local police while appropriate charges are being readied against him.
