MANILA, Philippines - Marikina City Mayor Del de Guzman invites the public to join “Horror Week 2011” from Oct. 24 to 30 at the Plaza de los Alcaldes, in the city Hall’s compound.

Themed “Katakut-takot na Katatakutan-Ikalawang Yugto,” Horror Week features different activities including Halloween Costume Parade, Freaky Dance Craze, and Fright Night.

“We will continuously make programs for the Halloween so our residents can have fun and enjoy during this season,” De Guzman said.

The Horror Week is a prelude to the city’s Christmas celebration dubbed “Dito Exciting Lagi ang Pasko 2” which the city will be holding from Oct. 24 to Jan. 15, 2012.
